About

Letter Me Loved is the daydream of two best friends (pssst… that’s us – Jenny & Sarah), which became a reality in June 2015. Our goal is to encourage and inspire Christ-followers through hand-lettering and design and by inviting them to share in our lives.

Due to our forgetfulness (oh boy, do we forget often), we hope to remind others of Jesus in their day-to-day. Our main product is a calendar filled with Gospel truth. Each month displays a beautiful, hand-lettered hymn with a water color design. We hope through these hymns we can be reminded of His grace.

On the blog, you will find posts ranging from details about our products, explanations of each hymn, encouragement, stories, crafts and other mischief. We hope you will find the joy we have in these hymns and that this will be a place for you to seek reminders of grace.

We want to say a big THANK YOU to our husbands – Daniel and Matt – for encouraging us, supporting us and allowing us the chance to pursue our dreams.

“Oh, magnify the LORD with me, and let us exalt his name together!” -Psalm 34:3

Sarah is a Missouri girl living in the great state of Tennessee. In December 2012, Sarah graduated college, married Matt and moved to Memphis. At that time, Memphis had no significance other than it was where Matt was completing medical school. Little did she know, the Lord had BIG plans for her there. Sarah and Jenny met at church in 2013 and became fast friends. In the spring of 2014, there was a chance Matt’s residency would have them moving across the country, but God answered Jenny’s (loud) prayer and kept them here in Memphis and they both are so glad He did.

Letter Me Loved was born out of a deep desire to be challenged, energized and encouraged outside of the mundane of the typical 9 to 5, Monday to Friday work life. Jenny and Sarah complement each other as business partners extremely well. Most of that can be attributed to their shared sweet tooth. But even more important than their love for dessert, Jenny and Sarah desire to use their gifts to glorify the Lord together.

Outside of Letter Me Loved, Sarah loves trying new recipes, talking about Jesus, traveling and finding new restaurants with Matt. Often you can find her sipping on coffee, watching (or quoting) Gilmore Girls, or opening her home to guests.

“From His fullness we have all received grace upon grace.” -John 1:16

Jenny grew up in small town Arkansas where the chickens outnumber people. Though she loves her hometown and all the people in it, she always knew she wanted something… bigger. So she moved away to college where she made amazing friends, met her favorite person in the world and grew leaps and bounds in her relationship with Jesus. The summer of 2013 she graduated college, married Daniel (her favorite person), moved to Memphis and got her first big girl job (NBD). Now she’s living a bigger life than she ever dreamed.

Jenny met Sarah four months after she moved and her friendship was an answered prayer. The past two years they have bonded over shared work experiences, student doctor/dentist husbands and too many chocolate treats to count. It was only natural they take on the next big adventure together. So they combined their talents and passion for sharing God’s truth and created Letter Me Loved.

When Jenny isn’t busy making letters pretty, she’s most likely in the kitchen, at the gym or looking for the next grand adventure – no matter how big or small. She loves writing, designing, running, spinning, lifting, cooking, crafting, eating, sleeping and living life to its very fullest.
